What we mean by “mobility-friendly”

We use this term for properties with practical features such as step-free layouts, low-threshold showers, lifts, ground-floor facilities or easier parking arrangements.

We deliberately do not describe these properties as wheelchair-adapted accommodation. They have not been marketed as purpose-built wheelchair units and we do not claim specialist adaptations that are not present.

That distinction lets us give you considerably more useful information: which apartments are step-free, where the shower threshold is lower, which properties have a lift, and where secure parking is available.
