If we receive a negative review of our property or a negative message about service we (our employees) provided, we don't look for someone to blame, future readers don’t look positively in a rude response to the negative reply. It’s not a winner / loser situation or a battle ground. We have seen many situations where the host blames the guest for not being able to co-operate or follow rules. Therefor we are trying to improve / update / re-new all mentioned features, amenities and services we provide. 

Below we will share all our reviews that we received during our business years which will include our responses. Because this is publicly available but scattered through multiple accounts we will update this section and add comments from all platforms.

Review:  Adol's appartment is well situated in the Baltic Triangle. Netx to the brewery, so can be noisy in week ends. When we were in they were some works around so noisy all day long. Review: Apartment was spotless and just a v short walk from the cathedral. The host had provided some thoughtful touches.

Some larger towels and a tea towel would have been useful! Plus the tv signal was poor. It’s also a noisy spot if the windows are open (bar across the street and ambulance station) so I recommend ear plugs or a fan!

We also prepared a city guide for our guests as well. One of extra services we added to our list is transport services in need for our guests to transport them from airport or any other place to our apartments. We also have added a cable tv and you are always free to use netflix for the best experience! As for the sound, we know the building is situated next to brewery village, local favorite place for parties, birthdays and much more, I would definitely recommend closing windows in the night time that makes apartment calm and quiet.

Another review mentioned building noise and this was certainly a problem for us - commercial buildings behind all being refurbished and there was industrial level noise from 7.30 am. Windows shut I had to escape to bathroom for some peace! Presumably not a problem at weekends?

A bit of what seems a slightly unnecessary walk to a lock box to get the keys, and we had slight bit of confusion. Where to start. Breakfast included was a loaf of bread, no terrestrial TV, no hot water at all for a couple of hours after a shower and no WIFI. There was an Alexa but that only worked occasionally. When I contacted the landlord about the TV and and hot water, poor instructions that didn't solve the problem or being fobbed off was the general attitude.

Regarding the issues you highlighted: Besides a loaf of bread our breakfast includes: milk, eggs, breakfast cereals, noodles, rice, tea, coffee, snacks (cookies), rice cakes, sauces, cheese, jams, pasta, butter also we have fries, and pizzas in the fridge. All complimentary to your booking. Regarding TV, our advertisement specifies there is no Tv, but we bought and installed one before your arrival with Amazon firestick, with apps like Amazon Prime Tv and Netflix and many more which is all installed and available. All instructions how to use the Tv were sent to you during your stay. Regarding Shower: we have green, energy saving boiler, on request I have sent you instructions on how to turn the boiler on as the boiler tries saving the planet. Alexa provides internet for the apartment and if kept untouched it provides good service. I have tried explaining everything during your stay and help out as much as I can from the distance, I hope overall you enjoyed your stay despite these few troubles during your visitation.

Everything was much superior to any of our expectations ! This time we were pretty difficult clients... I had made a mistake in my booking date, we wanted to stay later than check out time and Adam responded each time within a few minutes, always doing his best to be as helpful as possible. They are doing construction in the area, we didn't really had any issues with that except that there was a leakage in the hallway, which we were informed off. We improved our breakfast menu with milk, eggs, bread, cereals, noodles, rice, mandatory tea, coffee, snacks, rice cakes, sauces, cheese, jams, pasta, butter also we have fries, and pizzas in the fridge. With how to's and any help you are always welcome to contact us while you are visiting as it is a lot easier to solve any occurring issues while you are staying over!

Review: Adols place is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and Adol left nice touches such as wine and makeup wipes. Adol was very friendly and replied very quick and even let us drop our bags off early due to us arriving a long time before check in. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Review: The owner was very friendly. She was aware by whatsapp that we did not lack anything and even brought us a pillow that we lacked and we asked. We arrived at the check-in earlier than expected and when we called him he left the keys in a locker.

That they ask for a deposit of £100 although we did not finally ask for it

Review: Good accommodation. Clean space with good facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. 1 bed flat with a double bedroom and a lounge with sofa bed. There was no parking on premises and i couldn’t find any empty spot on the streets. The paid parking was closed at night for some reason so that was a bit inconvenient but overall the accompanying was good

Review: The place is absolutely beautiful. The host graciously left us a some complimentary chocolate, coffee tea etc - we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment itself is very homely, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. For the price this place is fantastic - located just opposite the Liver building, a short walk away from the Albert Dock. I'm a Liverpool native - but if you were visiting this beautiful City for the first time I would fully recommend you to stay here.

Honestly don't really have any negatives.

no telly at the property, no teatowels, could have got better instructions from the host on how to work dishwasher, where to take the bin once when it is full

Review: The flat is really clean, very modern and nicely decorated. Both the bed and sofa are very comfortable. Even though we didn't meet Adol in person, check-in and check-out went smoothly and communication was very good. Currently, there seems to be some building work going on in the courtyard of the apartment block, which started around 8am when we were there. Just something to bear in mind for light sleepers. I assume, of course, that this is just temporary and I would absolutely recommend the place!

Review: The host was really efficient at answering any questions and even picked us up from the train station to take us to the apartment when we arrived late.Very friendly.The apartment is located in the City Centre close to bars and restaurants but was still very quiet in the apartment itself.Everything you could think of provided snacks coffee tea sugar even toothpaste.If you forgot to pack something I guarantee it would be in apartment.Very clean and excellent value for money.Would love to return soon!!!

Loved staying there. Great location, cool pad, and very easy communication. Will stay again. Happy to help collaborate on the set-up to make it even stronger as a "Beatles place." We can do that over messages, but it'll be easier, of course, when I'm there. Some basics to add: I suggest making a manual of directions so guests can easily find the wifi, how to take out trash, and any other instructions. Perhaps add a dish rack for people (like me) who wash their dishes by hand. Make sure laundry is dry (lol). I will make a list for you of local music resources for guests. Thanks for everything.
