2-Bedroom Duplex Penthouse in Liverpool City Centre, with Parking

An entire two-level penthouse in the centre of Liverpool, with space for up to 6 guests. It has two king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area with views over the city, large terraces and a secure on-site parking space, so you can walk to most of the centre and leave the car where it is.

Layout and views

The penthouse is a duplex, so the two levels are joined by an internal staircase. The lower level has the first bedroom, its bathroom and a small balcony. The upper level has the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, the second bedroom and large terraces with views over the city.

Kitchen and living space

An open-plan kitchen with the cooking appliances, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you need for staying in rather than eating out every night, a dining area, and a living area with sofa seating and a TV. Wi-Fi is included.

Parking

One secure on-site parking space is included with the apartment. The height limit is 1.9m, and one guest described the space as fairly tight, so please check your vehicle size before you arrive. Getting in and stairs

The building has a lift to the apartment and no steps from the entrance. Inside the apartment there is a staircase between the two levels, so it is not a single-floor home. If stairs are a concern, see our mobility-friendly stays guide or ask us and we will suggest the best match.

Self check-in, step by step

  1. The day before your stay we send your arrival instructions, with videos and pictures.
  2. Collect the keys from the nearby KeyNest store using the code we send you.
  3. Check in from 3PM. Check-out is by 10AM, and you return the keys to the same store.
  4. If anything is unclear, call or WhatsApp our team and we will help straight away.

Location

The penthouse is on Cheapside in Eden Square, in Liverpool city centre. Liverpool ONE, Lime Street Station, the Royal Court Theatre, museums, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach on foot. I can never say enough good things about this place and the gentlemen (and I mean that) who take care of it. I’ve suffered a loss and needed a month to grieve in a city I love. This place had everything I needed to do that work. I was also able to do work of other kinds at the dedicated work station. The views are unparalleled in the city centre, the floor to ceiling windows in every space made the city fabulous to look at no matter what the weather, and the main patio became my oasis and a healing space. Thank you to Adolis and Adam for taking care of me and checking in regularly to make sure I was okay. The place is ideally situated five minutes from the main bus station. From there you can get anywhere. Liverpool is very walkable and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in foot. If I come back to Liverpool, this is the only place I’d stay.

Had a great stay! Very responsive when we needed answers. The apartment could not be in a better location. Very walkable to restaurants, bars and the riverfront. Felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Travelling with my wife and my 2 boys 6 and 12 to visit family, the penthouse is perfectly sized to fit us all comfortably. The property is in perfect location with great views of the city also having underground secure parking is a huge bonus in the city centre. The parking is fairly tight but I had no problems parking in a large ford ranger. The place itself was extremely clean and tidy and had everything you needed.
