This is a townhouse on Botanic Road, Liverpool L7, split into three separate 1-bedroom apartments: Botanic 1, Botanic 2 and Botanic 3. Each apartment sleeps up to 3 guests, has its own kitchen and key-safe self check-in from 3PM, and free street parking is available outside. The townhouse sits directly opposite Botanic Gardens and buses reach the city centre in about 10 minutes. Managed by Sidemersey Livings, a Liverpool serviced accommodation company operating since 2019.

Good for: hospital visits, longer stays, contractors and business travellers, families and groups booking more than one apartment, university visits, relocation periods and guests travelling by car.
The three apartments
- Botanic 1: lower level, reached down a few steps to its own private front door to the left of the main entrance. A double and a single bed in the bedroom plus a single sofa bed in the living area. Sleeps up to 3.
- Botanic 2: ground floor, reached up the 4 front steps. A double bed in the bedroom plus a single sofa bed in the living area. Sleeps up to 3.
- Botanic 3: first floor, reached by stairs. A double and a single bed in the bedroom plus a single sofa bed in the living area. Sleeps up to 3.
Each apartment is booked separately. A group or family that needs more space can book more than one apartment in the same townhouse, subject to availability: contact us to ask. The townhouse is not step-free: the front entrance has 4 steps, so these apartments are not suitable for guests who need step-free access.
Inside each apartment
Each apartment has a bright living area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and cookware, a dining area, a bathroom and fresh towels for each stay. Wi-Fi is included. Large windows give views towards the park.
Parking

Self check-in
- Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM.
- Before arrival we send your access instructions for your apartment, including how to open its key safe.
- Collect the key from the key safe on arrival, so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
- At check-out, return the key to the key safe.

For those not aware of the area you would be starting in the rest of the street could be less than you expect, the actual house and directly outside was immaculate, that can’t be said for the rest of the street. The apartment itself is compact, but has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Although public transport is easy to get to and regular, I would suggest having your own car.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's property in Liverpool! We had to book very last-minute on the day of arrival, and Adam’s team was incredibly efficient, providing instant booking and smooth communication, which completely saved our road trip. The house was clean, tidy, and came with a highly convenient free parking space. The location in Edge Hill was fantastic and very peaceful. Our senior dog really enjoyed the stay as well. This trip means the world to our family, and we are so grateful that this lovely house could be a part of our precious memories. Highly recommend this property and Adam's professional team to everyone!
