This is a 3-bedroom duplex apartment on Victoria Street, Liverpool L1, for up to 9 guests. It is on the top (3rd) floor of the building and is reached by stairs only, with stairs inside the apartment too, so it is not step-free. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and a single bed. The living area has a double sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. A travel cot is listed with the apartment, so ask us when booking if you need one.

The apartment is on the top floor, reached by the stairs in the building, and the duplex has an internal staircase between its two levels. There is no lift and no step-free route, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users or for guests who cannot manage stairs. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, with cookware, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses and cooking basics such as oil, salt and pepper. A washing machine and dryer are provided, along with an iron, hair dryer, central heating and a bath and shower. Towels and bed linen are included. For work trips and longer stays, the laundry and kitchen save eating out every night.

Check-in is self-service from 3:00 PM using a key safe, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Building access codes, the key safe code, a check-in video and the house manual are sent before arrival, and you can ask us about early arrival or late departure. The building has no parking of its own. Parking is available in a nearby development, and your arrival details include driving directions, parking guidance and a video for arriving by car. The apartment is in the L1 city centre area. Approximate walking times are about 5 minutes to the Cavern Quarter, about 5 minutes to Moorfields Station, about 6 minutes to Liverpool ONE, about 10 minutes to Lime Street Station and about 15 minutes to the Royal Albert Dock.
